1. Who can use Bestie Therapy

You must be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything that happens in your account. Please tell us right away if you think someone else is using your account.

2. Education only — not professional advice

Bestie Therapy provides general education for massage therapists: courses, exam practice, language practice, a SOAP note assistant, and summaries of licensing laws. It is not medical, legal, tax or financial advice, and it does not replace your training, your licensing board, a doctor, a lawyer or an accountant.

Law and licensing information can change and may be out of date. Always confirm requirements with the official board or agency before you apply for a license, work, or open a business.

MBLEx practice questions are our own study material. We are not connected to or endorsed by the Federation of State Massage Therapy Boards (FSMTB), and practice scores do not guarantee any exam result.

3. AI features

Some features (Ask Bestie and the SOAP note analyzer) use artificial intelligence. AI answers can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. You are responsible for checking them and for your own professional decisions. Never rely on AI output in an emergency or to decide whether a client needs medical care — when in doubt, refer the client to a qualified health professional.

4. Your professional responsibilities and client information

You are responsible for working within your scope of practice and following the laws and rules where you work.

When you write SOAP notes, enter only the information you need and avoid client names, contact details or other information that identifies a person — use initials or a nickname instead. Bestie Therapy is not designed to be an official medical record system.

You decide whether to share a client summary. Only send a summary link to the client it is about, and only with their permission. You can turn a link off at any time.

5. Free trial, membership and credits

New accounts get a 30-day free trial of membership features. When the trial ends, membership features stop unless you join.

Membership costs US$9.99 per year (plus any applicable tax) and renews automatically every year until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from My Account → Manage billing. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the year you already paid for. We do not give partial refunds for unused time, except where the law requires it.

AI credits are sold in packs, are used one per AI question, do not expire, have no cash value, and cannot be transferred. If an AI answer fails because of a technical problem, the credit is returned automatically.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We may change prices in the future; we will tell you before a price change affects your renewal, and you can cancel before it takes effect.

6. Acceptable use

Please do not: share your account; copy, resell or republish our courses, questions or other content; try to break, overload or get around the security of the service; use the service to break the law or to harm anyone; or upload content you do not have the right to share.

7. Content and ownership

Our courses, practice questions, phrases, text, logo and design belong to Neramit Apps, LLC or our licensors. We give you a personal, non-transferable right to use them for your own learning while your account is active.

You keep ownership of what you write (for example your SOAP notes). You give us permission to store and process it only to run the service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Ending your account

You can stop using Bestie Therapy and ask us to delete your account at any time by emailing hello@neramitapp.com. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms or put other users or the service at risk.

9. Disclaimers

Bestie Therapy is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no promises that the service will be error-free, always available, or that its content is complete or up to date.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Neramit Apps, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim about the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. If a change is important, we will tell you on the website or by email before it takes effect. If you keep using Bestie Therapy after the change, you accept the new Terms.
